For Clients
Whether we are recruiting for law firms or in-house legal departments, we take the view that there is far more to client service than providing recruitment solutions in the form of a list of CVs, in the hope that one of them will be right. We take a far more "scientific" and technical approach to legal recruitment. You will rarely receive from us a vast quantity of candidate lawyers. We have no assessment of our recruitment consultants based on the number of CVs they send. What you will receive is, we hope, a reflection of the time taken to build relationships with and know, not just our clients' culture, but the commercial business needs and forward strategy of your firm or organisation.
As a client you should expect that we will give you an honest, candid and objective assessment of how realistic your recruitment goals are. If we accept your instruction we will make every effort, utilising all resources available to us to assist you in finding the right lawyer; whatever level you are seeking to recruit at, from newly qualified lawyer, to partner, team or General Counsel.
Working with you, our senior recruitment team are amongst the best known and respected individuals in the market. They have high end experience of partnership team moves, law firm mergers and Group General Counsel placements on a national and international level. Assisting you will involve our utilising our connections and extensively scouring the market for the best individuals. Occasionally, for unusual or hard-to-fill legal vacancies where your profile is important, we may recommend that you undertake an advertising campaign. We have proven experience in assisting clients with everything from media placement (both print and online) and copy writing to creative work.
Whilst we are always happy to give guidance on the correct level of salary for a particular role or level of qualification, our knowledge covers much more than the movements of salary and bonus trends, reaching into comprehensive assessment of the economy's impact on specific practice areas and the legal market as a whole. Our penetrative market knowledge is something we pride ourselves on and indeed we are the only legal recruitment agency to employ a dedicated know-how specialist. Our consultants have authored market-leading and detailed legal salary surveys and market assessments that have been quoted in the national press and referenced in Law Society reports. We are always happy to meet in person and have you 'pick our brains'. We see provision of knowledge as a genuine value-add and a key tool in the establishment and maintenance of lasting client relationships.
