A rare opportunity to join a US law firm in London as the sole banking partner. The firm, having now equipped itself with established corporate and litigation capabilities in the City, turns its attention to a banking and finance offering. The London and US management teams are actively looking for someone to spearhead banking and finance in London. In the US they represent lenders and borrowers a wide range of transactions - from vanilla lending through to structured finance and securitizations. Preferably candidates will be existing partners with a following in excess of £750,000. Ample opportunity for referrals from the US would support the growth of this practice. Key decisions makers in the US are onboard with the hire, so the firm is able to move fast in hiring.
