While this is not a name you would normally associate with finance, this is an established law firm with a growing full-service practice. There is clearly an opportunity for someone to further establish and grow an offering in predominantly borrower led transactions. Having made a successful hire in this space circa 2 years ago, the group is looking to add another established partner to the team. The role would suit someone coming from a large team who is perhaps frustrated by a lack of opportunities. The existing practice covers a broad spectrum of finance, including acquisition transactions, real estate finance and restructuring. There are also offices outside of London so the role is not confined to the City should you want to be based out of town.
This a priority hire and the firm can run the process remotely.
