Strong existing corporate tax team at US/Global law firm faces capacity issues.

The London office of this US/Global Law firm is blessed with an excellent corporate tax offering, yet, despite a general cooling of the market, it still periodically faces capacity crunches when supporting M&A and related corporate matters. In large part, this is because the existing team remains busy with its own freestanding tax advisory work.     

In addition to its own matters, the tax team provides deal support to the corporate, funds, real estate and finance teams and, whilst an ability to support more than one of these areas would be welcome, some additional fire power on the corporate tax aspects of M&A would be of particular utility.
