The firm has strong “ins” in the energy, chemical, and manufacturing sectors providing advice on matters ranging from sustainability, and the risks of greenwashing, to environmental permitting, pollution liability, waste law, and health and safety law.
Whilst the law firm has recently reinforced its contentious ESG offering, it is keen to increase its bandwidth on the advisory side with a junior partner; exceptionally, it will consider a “superstar” blocked senior associate as an immediate partner.
