Private Equity Real Estate lawyer - Head of London - to £950,000 - International Firm Back to List

A law firm that is going through a transformation through the internationalisation of its real estate strategy, which is yielding higher charge out rates and more cross-selling opportunities.  There are an increasing number of European deals which are efficiently utilising the European network. There are now dynamic teams of lawyers, laterals and existing partners, who are benefitting from this approach, they are experiencing huge success and the next area of focus is real estate.

This law firm is looking to relaunch and reinvigorate its London real estate practice with an investor focus, to be able to service the US clients and move away from lower margin work. The firm has a genuine European real estate practice, with local lawyers, from which to leverage but a clear gap in London for a leader and business builder.  There are immediate cross-selling opportunities particularly with the leading private equity team. Partners earn between £400,000 and £2m plus.
