Real Estate is a core practice at this truly global law firm - a leader in the space in virtually every jurisdiction. Whilst the real estate team predominately acts for alternative funds, it also covers more traditional real estate and a significant, and increasing, proportion of the matters it undertakes from London are Pan-EMEA.

Notwithstanding the current (mildly vapid) real estate market, the real estate team has continued to expand faster than the tax team can support it - periodically resulting in workflow bottlenecks. The law firm is keen to fix this with the hire of a corporate tax lawyer with strong real estate tax credentials.

The team will consider either an established lateral or, just possibly, an exceptional blocked Senior Associate as a day-one partner. No following required.
