The law firm fields a directory rated planning team advising across residential, mixed-use and strategic land, but—with energy and infrastructure work surging—there is a clear need for an additional senior planning lawyer with a DCO / NSIP bias. The practice already acts on major utilities, energy and infrastructure mandates and is regularly engaged on complex consenting strategies and contentious planning work, an area which is increasingly partner-led and fee generative.

Unlike many City law firms, planning here is not merely a support function. The firm is keen to invest in a lawyer who can operate at the sharp end of infrastructure and energy projects, complementing a strong wider projects / energy offering and leveraging existing client relationships.
