This full service US law firm has strong M&A credentials, a sizeable disputes offering and a significant European footprint. In London the firm faces a looming succession issue with the retirement of its long-standing anti-trust leader, so is keen to restock. Whilst the platform generates an eclectic range of anti-trust matters (so wider competition expertise would very much be appreciated), the law firm is keen to source a lateral with credible merger control expertise.

Whilst the firm has grown its London and European offering considerably over the past 10 years, its UK anti-trust offering has remained relatively small – as such the firm is open to, either a service partner to maintain the existing practice on a “tick-over” basis, or (ideally) a connected and driven lateral keen to grow.
